If you purchase a paid plan and are not satisfied, contact us within 30 days of purchase for a full refund. We may ask which features you used to process your request fairly.
How to request a refund
- Email support@everlymagic.com from your account email with your event name and purchase date.
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method via Stripe within 5–10 business days.
- After a refund, published guest features may be unpublished and guest uploads may become unavailable per your plan.
Non-refundable items
Archive Forever and other add-on purchases may have separate terms stated at checkout. Third-party fees (payment processing) are non-refundable where prohibited by law.
