Terms of Service

By creating an account or using EverlyMagic, you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, Acceptable Use Policy, and Refund Policy.

• You must provide accurate information and keep credentials secure.
• You are responsible for activity under your account and for content you publish to guests.
• One person or couple per account unless collaboration features are enabled.

Free Forever planning is available without payment. Publishing guest-facing features requires a one-time paid plan per event (Starter, Premium, or Ultimate) processed through Stripe.

Billing questions: support@everlymagic.com. Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.

You retain ownership of content you upload. You grant us a limited license to host, display, and process content solely to operate the service (including moderation and backups).

You represent that you have rights to share guest lists, photos, and invitation materials you publish.

You are responsible for sharing invitation and photo links only with intended guests. Guest uploads may be automatically screened and manually reviewed before appearing publicly.

EverlyMagic is provided "as is" to the maximum extent permitted by law. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim is limited to amounts you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or our Acceptable Use Policy. You may delete your account by contacting support.
