Who we are

Everly operates the Everly Event Operating System. For privacy enquiries contact support@everlymagic.com.

What we collect

When you create an account we store your email and display name via Firebase Authentication. Event data (guests, tasks, budgets, etc.) is stored in Firebase Firestore under your event workspace. Guest RSVP submissions on public pages are stored as guest records linked to your event.

How we use data

We use your data to operate Everly — AI blueprint generation, workspace features, public invitation pages, and optional email communications you send to guests. We do not sell personal data.

Guest data

Organizers are responsible for lawful collection of guest information. Guests may opt out of event emails via the unsubscribe link in every message. Public RSVP forms require explicit consent before submission and link to this policy.

Cookies & storage

We use essential cookies and local storage for authentication, security, and draft event plans. We do not use advertising or analytics cookies at launch. See our Cookie Policy for details.

Third parties

• Firebase (Google) — auth, database, hosting
• DeepSeek — AI blueprint generation (event description only)
• Resend — transactional email when enabled
• Stripe — payment processing when you purchase an event tier
• hCaptcha or Cloudflare Turnstile — bot protection on public RSVP when enabled

Retention

Event data is kept until you delete the event or request account deletion. Guest RSVP records remain with the organizer's event unless removed by the organizer or deleted with the event.

Your rights

You may export or delete your event data from Settings. Account deletion can be requested by emailing support@everlymagic.com. EU/UK users may request access, correction, or erasure under GDPR.
