EverlyMagic ("we", "us") operates everlymagic.com and related wedding planning services. This Privacy Policy explains what we collect, why we collect it, and your choices.

We process data as a controller for account holders (couples) and as a processor for guest data you collect through invitations, RSVP, and photo walls.

• Account data: name, email, authentication identifiers (Firebase Auth).
• Event data: wedding details, guest lists, invitations, RSVP responses, planning notes.
• Guest-uploaded content: photos, messages, and RSVP answers submitted by your guests.
• Payment data: processed by Stripe; we store plan tier and Stripe customer IDs, not full card numbers.
• Usage data: pages visited, feature usage, and error logs (with consent for analytics cookies).

• Provide and improve the platform (invitations, websites, RSVP, photo walls, planning tools).
• Send transactional email (invitations, receipts, retention reminders) via Resend.
• Moderate guest uploads using automated safe-search screening and couple review queues.
• Enforce terms, prevent abuse, and comply with legal obligations.

We use trusted providers: Firebase (auth, database, storage), Stripe (payments), Resend (email), Vercel (hosting), DeepSeek (optional AI features), and Google Cloud Vision (photo moderation). See our Data Processing page for details.

Guest photos and related media are retained according to your plan tier (60, 90, or 365 days) unless you purchase Archive Forever. We notify you before automatic deletion.

Account data is kept while your account is active and for a reasonable period afterward for legal and billing purposes.
